CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
 
VOTING RIGHTS
 
A “Corporate Membership” of any corporation, partnership or other legal entity organized and existing under the laws of the United States or any state or possession of the United States (hereinafter referred to as “U.S. Entity”) shall have the power to exercise one (1) vote at any meeting of the Chamber.  

A “Corporate Membership” of any corporation, partnership or other legal entity organized and existing under the laws of Macau, and which is under the control of a U.S. Entity or a U.S. citizen or a U.S. permanent resident, shall have the power to exercise one (1) vote at any meeting of the Chamber.    

No voting rights: Corporate Memberships not otherwise qualified either conditions specified above shall have no voting rights.


A Corporate Membership entitled to vote shall designate a specific representative within its organization as its official Voting Representative. 
 
PROXY

A Corporate Member's Designated Voting Representative and Individual Members may cast their vote either personally or through proxy.  Proxies must be in writing and received by the Chamber not later than 24 hours prior to the time and date of voting.
