The U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong and Macau will be offering consular services for U.S. citizens in Macau on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
Consular officers will be traveling to Macau to accept passport applications for minor, adult, and first-time adult applications as well as applications for Consular Reports of Birth Abroad. Upon request we will provide passport pickup as well. We will not be providing notarial services during our visit.

Appointments will be scheduled in the order they are received. You will receive an email confirmation with your scheduled appointment time and location. We are unable to accommodate changes to your appointment time.
Payment: No cash or card payments will be accepted at the event. Applicants may pay their service fees using their choice of the three methods below:
- Online payment at Pay.gov use the online form to pay for form DS-82 or form DS-11 and eCRBA.
- By bank draft or cashier’s check payable to “USDO Symbol 8768,” drawn in U.S. dollars from a bank in the United States and issued within the last five months. The check amount must match the exact service fee applied for to be accepted as payment.
- A third-party representative such as a friend or relative may pay the application fee on their behalf of the customer by cash, credit, or debit card in-person at the U.S. Consulate General in Hong Kong by March 28, 2025.
