The governing body of AmCham Macau is the Board of Governors which comprises of fifteen members elected for two-year terms. From the Board of Governors, six officers are elected.
The Supervisory Committee is composed of a minimum of three Chamber members and is appointed by the Board of Governors for an unspecified period.
