Alan founded TalentGroup Asia in 2010 specializing in HR outsourcing project in Macau and China. Prior to his current role, Alan was the General Manager for Links Recruitment Macau and job portal Job853.com for 5 years, specialized in providing business solutions and recruitment services.
Since 2006, Alan is a Governor of the American Chamber of Commerce in Macau, and chairs the Human Resources Committee and Membership Committee. Alan is a US citizen with permanent residency in Macau. He received his MBA from the University of Adelaide. Alan is fluent in both English and Cantonese.
