Consular officers will be traveling to Macau to receive minor passport applications, first-time adult passport applications, and applications for Consular Reports of Birth Abroad. We will not be providing notarial nor renewal of adult passport services during our visit.
Appointments will be required to obtain services in Macau. Please email [email protected] to request an appointment. In your email, please make sure to include the following information:

- Full name of applicant
- Date of birth of applicant
- Full names of all other individuals who will attend the appointment (e.g. parents of minors).
Our team will schedule your appointment on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive an email confirmation with your scheduled appointment time and the location venue. We are unable to accommodate changes to your appointment time.
Payment: Applicants may pay their service fees using their choice of the two methods below. No cash or card payments will be accepted at the event:
- By bank draft or cashier’s check payable to “USDO Symbol 8768,” drawn in U.S. dollars from a bank in the United States, and issued within the last five months. The check amount must match the exact service fee applied for to be accepted as payment.
- A third-party representative such as a friend or relative may pay the application fee on their behalf of the customer by cash, credit, or debit card in-person at the U.S. Consulate in Hong Kong by March 18.
