Corporate Memberships shall mean memberships of any corporation, partnership or other legal entity organized and existing under the laws of the United States or any state or possession of the United States (hereinafter referred to as “U.S. Entity”), or any corporation, legally registered partnership or other legal entity organized under the laws of Macau.
A Corporate Membership may, subject to the approval of the Membership Committee, add other individuals as additional designated representatives of its Corporate Membership. These individuals will be known as “Additional Corporate Members”.
Voting Rights
A “Corporate Membership” of any corporation, partnership or other legal entity organized and existing under the laws of the United States or any state or possession of the United States (hereinafter referred to as “U.S. Entity”) shall have the power to exercise one (1) vote at any meeting of the Chamber.
A “Corporate Membership” of any corporation, partnership or other legal entity organized and existing under the laws of Macau, and which is under the control of a U.S. Entity or a U.S. citizen or a U.S. permanent resident, shall have the power to exercise one (1) vote at any meeting of the Chamber.
No voting rights: Corporate Memberships not otherwise qualified either conditions specified above shall have no voting rights.
A Corporate Membership entitled to vote shall designate a specific representative within its organization as its official Voting Representative.
