Following the Macau Government’s advice about hosting large-scale events, all organizers of the “AmCham Wine Masterclass + California Wine & Dine” have reached consensus to cancel the event on Jan 22 (Sat) to avoid the potential threat of a rapid spread of the Omicron variant. Stay safe everyone.
The “California Wine & Dine Pairing Event”, co-organized by MGM Macau, AmCham Macau, Wine Society of Macau and DOC DMC Macau, is confirmed for 22th January 2022 (Sat).
California Wines Masterclass:
AmCham Macau’s California Wines Masterclass will be conducted by Tom Kriegshauser, Area Director Asia Pacific, Black Stallion Estate Winery, and Andy Tam, the Head Sommelier at MGM Cotai. Join this class and taste five extraordinary wines we have selected:
- Heritage Napa Valley Chardonnay 2019, Black Stallion
- Heritage Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2016, Black Stallion
- Limited Release Syrah 2014, Black Stallion
- Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2016, Patz & Hall
- Old Vines Zinfandel 2018, St. Francis

California Wine & Dine:
A showcase of 21 high-quality wines produced in the most renowned viticultural areas of Napa and Sonoma, like Oakville, St. Helena and Russian River Valley. A unique chance to taste some of the most prestigious Icon Wines from California otherwise available only by the bottle everywhere else.
